Omigosh, I am so late with posting this, but I’m sure you all have seen a couple of other lovely bloggers post about this amazing summer beauty bag from The Shopping Channel! I have been feeling so off lately when it comes to writing that I’ve just been reading beauty blogs the last week or so because my brain has been so fuzzy…so anyway, I first read about this amazing promo at City Girl, a blog that is often the source of many beauty misadventures!
This massive bag of goodies was $29.87 with shipping being $9.99 for me because I decided to order one more item. There is also a gift card of $29.87 included for you to use towards anything on the site! At first I thought it had to be used towards another beauty product or one that was included as a sample in the beauty bag, but I just tried to place an order for six flat iron holders and it worked!
The beautiful bag that those of us who purchased this love oh so much . It’s quite large so if you’re looking for a way to carry your bowling ball around, this is the perfect size! Seriously, it’s so big!
These were all the makeup-related products that were included. The only thing I have tried before and have a sample size of already is the Pur Minerals Mascara. With the number of mascaras I have in my stash, I think they will outlive me, six month (three?) expiration date and all! I am most excited to try the IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Undereye and Cargo OneBase.
There were quite a number of full-sized face products. Some sounded like things I could use, others sounded a little scary and otherworldly…
I have been wanting to try StriVectin so I am happy to see that it was included as a deluxe sample. The Boscia Cool Cleansing Oil also looks like something I’d enjoy as I love using oil cleansers to remove my makeup.
I am most excited to try the Ojon Damage Reverse Hair Serum and the Upper Canada Hand and Body Lotion in White Tea Ginger. The lotion is free of parabens, mineral oil, synthetic dye and SLS which is always bonus., but not a necessity.
As an add-on, I have been OBSESSED with cleansing cloths lately so I also purchased the Skyn Glacial Cleansing Cloths as they sounded so soothing and refreshing. I have actually been quite curious about the whole SKYN line, but have been unsure as to what products to try. Anyone have any suggestions?
All together with the full and deluxe-sized products, the value of this beauty bag was close to $200 so this was an amazing buy! Granted, I might be passing a few products over to friends and family, but all in all this beauty bag was an awesome purchase!
