It dawned on me the other day how cute the design was on the new EOS Visibly Soft Lip Balms and ever since Chickadvisor sent me these two little balls of delight to review, I have been captivated by their stripiness! I have been out of the nail art game for most of this month with the beginnings of the holiday season already kicking my ass and I have a feeling I am only going to be more tired as the weeks go by. I'm going to try and eat healthier for the month of December as it is a tough time to eat well as Christmas chocolate becomes a daily occurrence.
I couldn't find exact colour matches for the blues and pinks so I did my best starting with the baby blue and light pink cremes Suzi Without a Paddle* and Getting Nadi on my Honeymoon* both from the OPI Fiji Collection as my base. I needed three coats of each as they were coming out a bit streaky.
For my blue stripes, I used Prim+Proper Mount Royal Blue and for my pink stripes OPI Infinite Shine Two-Timing the Zones*. Both were drawn using a small fine art brush. Once the stripes were dry, I sealed everything in with the OPI Infinite Shine Top Coat*.
