You know, it's not like I've had a lot going on my life this month so I don't know why I have only posted here twice! I generally prefer to write on my days off and looking back, I have been out every single one of my days off so I just haven't had the time, but summer is about enjoying the outside weather especially in Vancouver when the rain starts in the Fall and just does not stop! I have an extra day off this week so we shall see if I can find a way to catch up, but I won't beat myself up if it doesn't work out.

Today we have a new-to-me Kbeauty brand called Nacific which specializes in using "ingredients from nature" which I feel is no longer a unique identity especially among Kbeauty brands which are all starting to blend together with the exception of a select few. Still, I have seen Nacific enough online that I wanted to try a couple of their sheet masks as they seemed to feature many ingredients I enjoy eating!

What makes this mask special? This seems to be Nacific's most popular mask and serum so it seemed like a good place to start! This essence contains aloe, rosemary, apple, ginkgo biloba, fig, lemon peel and orange extract just to name a fraction of the plant extracts in here! The mask itself is also composed of a very dense fibre that is pale yellow in colour extracted from banana peel.

The mask fit really well and was indeed quite substantial in weight when I was unfolding it. It also had a thick "moustache" piece which I loved as this is often the first area to go dry.
Mask Summary:
Price: $4 CDN
What it does: Moisturize, exfoliate gently and control sebum
Scent: Citrus
Essence Type: Thick and pale yellow
Duration: 30 minutes
Thickness: Dense
Mask Fit: Though it was a thicker material, it still wrapped around the contours of the face nicely.
Tackiness: Light-medium
Hydration: Nice! I forgot to add moisturizer before falling asleep and woke up with soft skin so I cannot complain!
Other notes: Mask was yellow due to banana extract so that's always fun.
Final verdict: This was a nice mask! I found the fabric to be plush and comfortable and stayed moist (I know we all love that word) far longer than the recommended 10-20 minutes. The scent was pleasant and my skin felt delicately hydrated without feeling overly tacky or sticky. I would definitely pick this up again!
You can find the Nacific Fresh Herb Origins Mask Pack at various Korean beauty stores online.
