The weekend is always done way too fast especially because I always work Saturdays so Sundays are truly precious. I usually sleep in on Sundays, but never really past 8am because my cat, Buster, has an internal clock of 7am on the dot for breakfast! He sleeps all the way through the night which is great though, but at 7am it's time to get up. Sometimes it's 6:57am or 7:30am, but this is the only cat I have had who has slept all through the night and wakes up at a reasonable time!

It's February and I know that with a month of only 28 days, it is going to absolutely WHIZ by and soon we will be prepping for Spring! Today's manicure combines some nostalgia with the red and pink of Valentine's Day!
I used to subscribe to the Julep Beauty Maven Boxes about 10 years ago and got sooo many gorgeous polishes and products thorough this subscription. I was sad to see it end and I really don't know what is happening with Julep, but I see it's still kickin'! These polishes were characterized by their skinny rectangular bottles that made for perfect storage and were all the rage among nail polish bloggers in the mid-2010s - me being one of them! We would post blog reviews of our boxes as the polish selections were always different depending on what "personality" you chose. I miss those days so using this 10 year old UNTRIED polish really brought back memories.
I used two coats of the very shimmery metallic purple "Aimee" and then positioned some flower water decals from Born Pretty with tweezers. Beautiful shade truly and I have soooo many more untrieds to come!
