Call it one of the many things I have learned in 2020, but I have become less tolerant of drama in both my daily and beauty life meaning that I find myself making decisions about brands, situations and people far more quickly than before and don't stew about the results afterwards. (Un)surprisingly, this has resulted in a drastic reduction of the beauty Youtube channels I used to watch as I just got tired of either apology or "my truth" videos where people/brands obviously weren't sorry or were flat out dishonest. SKINCARE | 5 Lightweight Moisturizers That Hydrate and Don't Mess With Your Makeup!

I rarely seek out lightweight moisturizers as my skin is generally normal/dry, but this summer my skin was craving a lighter moisturizer with high spreadability and absorbed quickly. We didn't get too much of a heat wave, but with the layers of setting spray and longwear foundation I have been wearing during the day, I have been hyper aware of my skin and aiming to keep my layers thin and making sure things feel as breathable as possible! Apologies for the almost week long absence. I had a 22 hour work weekend which ended with me getting sick with a fever Sunday night to Tuesday. I was still pretty sick today and missed two events which I would have loved to share with you, but I DID survive my work day.
