Today is Canada Day and also the day I turn 29 aka “one more year of being able to wear Aritizia booty shorts!”. I wanted to celebrate by doing a giveaway to say thank you for following, commenting and most importantly, for the amazing friendships that have come about! DeleteHonestly I think my fave gift of all time was when I went camping for my birthday. Just having all my friends around for the weekend and singing Happy Birthday around a lemon meringue pie left me with lots of fond memories.

DeleteMy best birthday gift was probably the one I got on my 18th. My boyfriend at the time bought me a dozen roses and was waiting outside of school for me when I went out to my car. He then took me to our 'spot' by the river, stopping to get sushi on the way. It was chilly, being March, so we spent a lot of time snuggling :3 Good memories.

Deleteholy moly this is a hard question!! i honestly can't remember anything specific except for something that happened like 15 years ago, when i got home and found a bag with my name on it from my mom and sister. it contained a long sleeve shirt with the word "Princess" on it and monkeys hanging from the letters... haha i honestly loved that shirt so much!!

DeleteMy favourite birthday gift was when I turned 25 ( 2 yrs ago) when I got a microwave for my family. I've never remember owning a microwave and so my friend thought that we were living in poverty when he heard that and gave us a microwave. But, now that I think about it, the coolest gift I got was bringing one of my best friends to Christ. A year before my 20th birthday, I asked God to convert her so she wouldn't have to live in constant fear of her parent's gods. Exactly on my birthday a year later on Sept 19, she got baptised. I think that was the coolest birthday gift ever.
