Purchased by me
You may have noticed that for the last two months I have been pumping out one extra sheet mask review in addition to #SheetMaskSunday solely for my (and hopefully some of you) interests and as an effort to move through my sheet mask inventory. I have only chosen the coolest ones to review and now for August, I am going to up the ante and do THREE sheet masks reviews each week starting with again another cool mask from The Oozoo!

What makes this mask special? I think the syringe ampoule kind of says it all! I kept seeing various versions of this mask all over and I am sad that I only picked this one up as they are hard to find now! This is a super brightening mask with niacinamide both in the ampoule and in the sheet mask essence as well as brightening glutathione and magnesium ascorbyl phosphate, a water soluble version of Vitamin C. Interestingly, the ampoule has witch hazel as the first ingredient where there is normally water which I am assuming is there to give the look of "tightened pores".
The first step is to rip open the side with the syringe and literally shoot it into the side with the sheet mask! Now, THAT is probably the coolest part! I guess it is a little wasteful to have a fully functional syringe in a mask, but I can't deny that I thought it was fun to use.
I have mentioned before that The Oozoo masks tend to be light on the serum so it was a bit dry hence the rather poor fit especially around the chin. The sheet mask fabric was lightweight and had a bit of a patterned weave to it that was intended to lift and fit tightly around the face. I quite liked the fabric and hope I see it again in a future sheet mask!

Mask Summary:
Price: $4 CDN
Skin concerns: Dullness
Scent: Slightly floral
Essence Type: Clear, viscous
Duration: 20 minutes
Thickness: Thin
Mask Fit: I think it would have been better had the mask not been on the drier side.
Tackiness: Light
Hydration: Very good!
Other notes: N/A
Final verdict: My skin really felt soft and smooth after this and I did feel like there was a brightness to it that wasn't there before. I would definitely repurchase if I could find it because I liked the ingredients and the whole idea of shooting a syringe into the mask packet!
Stay tuned for more sheet mask reviews the rest of August!
