Don't we all love a good modeling mask? While they are more messy, they are intended to be more of a treatment and if you really love skincare, it gives you a chance to have your "mad scientist" moment! The modeling masks I have used previously were just the mask alone, but Leaders Cosmetics now has three new multi-step modeling mask kits in Collagen, Vitamin C and Tea Tree for a full skincare routine and only for $7 each!
This is a milky essence that smoothes and preps skin using hydrolyzed sponge spicules coated in hyaluronic acid, collagen and ascorbic acid (ummm very cool!). You may be familiar with spicules as they are in the viral VT Cosmetics Reedle Shot so this booster is a prickly one! I did not do any research before using this mask and was surprised at the tingle! The amount included was very generous and more than enough to do my face and neck.

Ingredients: Water, Glycereth-26, 1,2-Hexanediol, Glycerin, Betaine, Panthenol, Ammonium Acryloyldimethyltaurate/VP Copolymer, Allantoin, Hydroxyethyl Acrylate/Sodium Acryloyldimethyl Taurate Copolymer, Caprylyl Glycol, Butylene Glycol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Adenosine, Collagen, Disodium EDTA, Xanthan Gum, Sodium Hyaluronate, Polyglyceryl-10 Laurate, Sorbitan Isostearate, Heptasodium Hexacarboxymethyl Dipeptide-12, Copper Tripeptide-1, Tripeptide-1, Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1, Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-4, Hexapeptide-11, and Hexapeptide-9.
Step 3: Boosting Modeling Powder
Ingredients: Cellulose Gum, Diatomaceous Earth, Calcium Sulfate, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice Powder, Algin, Kaolin, Allantoin, Trehalose, Glucose, Beta Vulgaris (Beet) Root Powder, Dehydroacetic Acid, Magnesium Oxide, Betaine, Hydrolyzed Collagen (1,000ppm), Tetrasodium Pyrophosphate, Beta Vulgaris (Beet) Root Extract, Citrus Aurantium Bergamia (Bergamot) Fruit Oil, Adenosine, Portulaca Oleracea Extract, Copper Tripeptide-1, Scutellaria Baicalensis Root Extract, Acetyl Hexapeptide-8, Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-4, Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7, Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1.

Final verdict: I did not need moisturizer after taking the mask off and it did feel visibly bouncier than before! When it comes to modeling masks, I'm still not ready to commit to them on a regular basis. To me, they are a once a month kind of "event" as there are a number of steps and is more messy than my usual sheet mask routine. Modeling masks are incredibly amusing though and it's nice to be entertained while knowing that my skin is also benefitting! I would be open to trying the other two masks though just to see how different they would be from this one.
