Here we are! Another month of Empties and I did decently well for the month of September as I was nearing the end of quite a number of products and also kept up with sheet masking. It just started feeling like Fall last week and I know that October is totally going to fly by as starting next week, I have a ton of events in my work and personal life happening. Something tells me that as fun as the rest of the month will be, I will need to massively decompress right after!
SKINCARE = 4
I managed to finish two Burt's Bees Peppermint Lip Balms down to the plastic as you can see that I was scooping product out! The First Base Skincare Double Dose vitamin C serum is one of my all-time favourites so if you were to flip through my Empties Stories on Instagram, you will see this serum a lot! I also managed to finish the Jowae Soothing Cleansing Milk which I have had for a VERY long time. Milks are not my favourite textures for cleansers, so I was kind of glad to see this one emptied!

MAKEUP = 3
I used up one Dior eyebrow pencil (my favourite one for the last 10 years) and one Dior liquid liner in the dark brown #781. Both are part of my everyday makeup routine and I have already repurchased the liner, but will wait on the eyebrow pencil as I am currently using the one I have from GXVE by Gwen Stefani which I also enjoy (but not as much as the Dior one).
This Smashbox Primer Water has long been discontinued and I'm pretty sure when I got this, it was the hot new thing! Back then it didn't seem to do much and all these years later nothing had changed which is probably why I stopped using it back then! I generally prefer spray primer even though I know cream primer is better especially if you want that stickiness to make foundation last all day. I did not notice a difference in my makeup's lasting power whether I used this or not so even if this product did exist today, I would not repurchase it.

BATH & BODY = 1
I love the Amande scent from L'Occitane so this will not be the last time you see this product, but as I have a ton of other body washes to get through, it will just be awhile before you do! It's not lathery because it is a shower oil and you can use it straight from the bottle with just your hands or with a bath puff. It leaves a very light and hydrating finish to the skin and is great if you don't really feel like moisturizing after your shower (although you probably still should)!
SHEET MASKS = 18
I did well with my sheet masking routine last month! I can honestly say that for this month, I have only used three masks so not sure if my number will be quite the same as this one, but definitely had some favourites in the APLB masks and the Dior Prestige mask!

SAMPLES = 41
I normally do #SampleSeptember and though I didn't post about it on Instagram like I have been doing since 2019, I still decided to do it and got through A LOT of samples packets! A lot of them have come from either Sephora or Bellbees orders and since slowing down on beauty purchases in general, I managed to make a considerable dent on the sample wall in my bathroom!

Do any of you still keep track of your empties?
