An Engagement Gift: Dior Celebration Collection Palette

Hi Girls!

In addition to being given an amazing engagement ring, one of my coworkers gave me another amazing gift as a way of saying congratulations, the Dior Celebration Collection Multi-Look Makeup Palette! I believe this palette is from the Christmas 2011 collection. There are definitely some perks to getting engaged (other than having the chance to spend the rest of my life with the guy of my dreams)! Although my fiance seems to think otherwise when I come home positively shaking with excitement with a makeup and nail polish haul!

The palette comes in a cute fabric zip-up and has almost everything you need to put together either a dramatic or casual look. The idea behind this palette is that you can choose to either accentuate your eyes or your lips.

The palette is classified into three categories: The Essentials, Intense Eye Look and Intense Lip Look. The Essentials includes: Creme de Rose Lip Balm, Black Diorshow Iconic Mascara and the Diorskin Nude Compact which is a 3 in 1 illuminator, sculpter and skin unifier. The Intense Eye Look includes: Aubergine Liner, Mauve Shadow and Rose Coquette Gloss. The Intense Lip Look includes: Taupe Eyeshadow, Rose Poudre Highlighter and Rouge Blossom Lipstick

Wasn’t this such a nice gift?? I was so shocked when my coworker handed me a box tied with Dior ribbon and matching wrapping paper. I mean, what girl wouldn’t want that? This looks like a really great palette with very usable colours that would look great on anyone. Like my Dior eyeshadow palette, I almost don’t want to use it because I want everything to look perfect forever!

    1. I know, I don't want to destroy how perfect it is, but it's meant to be used right? I tell myself that the palette will be sad if I don't!
