Day 16–Tribal Navajo-Inspired Turquoise Jewellery Nails

For today’s challenge I wanted to think of something a little bit different to do which is why I thought that “tribal” could mean a few different things like the beautiful bold turquoise jewellery made by the people of the Navajo nation. I started off with two coats of OPI – Black Onyx and then made some flower shapes using my dotting tool with Sally Hansen XTremeWear – Celeb City. Lastly, I dotted in the turquoise “stones” with Julep – Robin and Zoya – America

  2. These are so fun! They kind of remind me of those popular Amrita Singh necklaces that used to be all the rage.

  3. This is so gorgeous! I love how you did this manicure.

I actually just picked up Celeb City from CVS! Along with the Physician's Formula eyeliner, it came with a bonus of their clear serum for free, plus I got 7 dollars in 'CVS Bucks' :D

    1. You guys and CVS, I'm so jealous!! I got that duo pack too, but I haven't really noticed a difference in lash length since using the serum...I just like the cool feeling it gives my eyes :)

    1. Yes, exactly! There are a lot of those big, chunky flower necklaces that use turquoise stones and that's what I had in my head when I was drawing.
