Day 11-Pink Splatter

Oi, was this messy! For today’s manicure, I started off with a base colour of Sally Hansen XTremeWear-Fuchsia Power and then used a straw dipped in Sally Hansen XTremeWear-Bubblegum Pink to blow out the polish. I tried not to inhale too much, but I felt quite sick after blowing polish on the first couple of nails. I felt like there was nail polish in my throat! I should have done this manicure ala Naomi and Traci because their mouths were nowhere near nail polish!

    1. Actually, I did screw it up! I blew a huge blob on my nails and it didn't look like splatter at all!

  3. LOL I am trying to imagine the application. I probably would have had to go to Emergency if I tried it. But it looks cool :)

    1. LOL, you would be fine Teresa!! It was the fumes that got to me...you wouldn't think they would travel up the straw and affect you, but they do. I don't think I could do splatter this way next time...nail polish fumes in my throat...blergh!
