This is a mask containing calming Centella asiatica, a "Vital Peptide Complex" containing acetyl hexapeptide-8 and alanyl glutamine which calms the skin and promotes elasticity and ceramides. If you are currently suffering from dry and sensitized skin, this mask will be a drink of water plus a warm blanket!
Though there is added fragrance, the essence has been formulated without using 23 of the most common types of potential fragrance allergens. The mask fabric itself was my favourite part as it was thick, soft and cushion-like and SUPER absorbent and actually quite heavy with essence.
Note that I am not red on my neck because of skincare but because I wore a dress that day with a super high neckline that was too tight and ended up cutting into my skin! I still have a scar over a week later!
Mask Summary:
Price: $6 CDN
Skin concerns: Serious hydration and strengthening the skin barrier
Scent: Floral
Essence Type: Milky
Duration: 20 minutes is the suggested time, but this mask is soaking in so much essence 45 minutes would probably still be fine!
Thickness: It's medium, but the sheet is so soft and cushiony and soaking with essence that the fit was still really nice.
Mask Fit: Really nice with maybe a few extra folds around the chin for me, but no chin goatee happened.
Tackiness: Light
Hydration: Good!
Other notes: N/A
Final verdict: This mask felt like a luxury mask! It was super soft, had a fantastic amount of essence and felt so comforting to wear. This mask tends to go on sale fairly frequently so right now at $4 I would totally stock up because this mask, though not for every day, is a treatment I feel I will reach for at least monthly during the drier months. Highly, HIGHLY recommend this sheet mask!
