NAILS | I Can Buy Myself Flowers #CBBxManiMonday

Flower Nail Art
Press sample

I will admit that today's nail art was born out of wanting to keep the existing base shade and just "refreshing the ends". I haven't really had a chance to use any pastel polishes yet despite it being very much Spring and flowers are kind of the perfect opportunity!

Though I have the next five days off, I think I will be more focused on cleaning up our apartment as when I was sick, no laundry was done, no vacuuming, nothing! My husband was still working and generally I am the one who does most of the cleaning (sorry to throw him under the bus, but it's true!). He does the cooking and kitchen things, but laundry and specifically vacuuming tend to fall to me at least on a regular basis. I don't know why, but maybe he can go for longer without noticing dust than I can! I would love to have some blog posts lined up, but I am leaving the month open as I don't want to put too much pressure on myself.

This week's manicure is a simple dotticure, but they are always so fun to do and look so polished when done! It's also a super simple way of doing flowers!

Happy Monday everyone and be sure to check out Renee and Trysh's blogs for their manicures this week!
