My apologies for not being more prepared with #SheetMaskSunday as it may still be another two weeks until I feel comfortable enough wearing sheet masks and doing some serious skincare again. I am waiting for the redness to die down a little more as well as the scab on my cheek to be completely gone. For now, this has given me a chance to get through, I kid you not, years of backlogged sheet mask reviews! Although the pandemic has definitely messed with my sense of time, I still cannot believe that even these Sephora Collection foil masks were sent to me most likely in 2018 based on the colour of my hair!

The Golden Mask

What makes this mask special? This golden delight of a mask uses honey extract to moisturize the skin while simultaneously incubating it in a foil mask that is meant to ensure that key ingredients really have time to "get in there". This mask also contains tangerine peel extract and hyaluronic acid.

The Silver Mask
What makes this mask special? This mask uses real pearl powder to bring radiance back into the skin! Like the Golden Mask, it also contains tangerine peel extract and hyaluronic acid.

Final verdict: I generally always enjoy Sephora's sheet masks and though these foil ones were a bit short on the forehead, I still felt them to be very effective at hydrating and bringing glow to my skin. They tend to release some new ones every holiday so I look forward to the next round of foil masks!
