It is Day 2 of a very snowy Vancouver with all of us waking up to 20cm of snow plus more falling! What I love about snow days is how quiet it is. No one is going anywhere and sound gets muffled. It also looks extra romantic at night because it still looks light outside because the white of the snow gets reflected. I may also be looking at this with rose-tinted glasses because I was off yesterday and today so no having to struggle with getting into work for me!

I have been feelin' the fruit these last few weeks and rightly so since summer is in full swing here in Vancouver! After having "Juneuary", we finally have our fans on full blast and I even slept in the living room last week with the balcony door wide open! The cats were a bit confused by this and did not let me sleep in spurts of longer than 3 hours at a time before tossing a toy at my head, running all around the living room and chasing each other or just flat out meowing in my face. So yes, I was cool and comfortable, but exhausted by the time I got up!

Happy Monday! Hopefully I will have more variety in my content this week versus last week where it just boiled down to some nails and sheet masks! I ended feeling more drained from my day job than usual so the motivation to sit at a computer was very low. What did perk me up last week was the arrival of the new OPI Power of Hue Collection!
