I missed out on an Estee Lauder nail polish collection last year and vowed that I would not repeat history this year so I couldn’t say no when I saw this four polish collection for $34 at Shoppers Drug Mart! The colours are beautiful and now that I realize I have become a true collector of nail polish, I knew I had to have an Estee Lauder bottle in my collection. I just thank God I don’t collect cars!
The polishes come in an ivory polka-dotted box that snaps shut magnetically and can most definitely be used again! Can’t you just imagine this box sitting on your dresser holding your many baubles?
I love the gold caps and the square bottles. There is definitely something about gold that makes these polishes luxurious and I even bought them without seeing any swatches! I completely caved to the packaging. Each bottle holds 5mL of polish, so about the size of a mini polish with a normal sized brush.
Since these polishes come but once a year and at a fairly decent price, I can see these being a great stocking stuffer or just a little something for any lacquer lover! I should really stop buying everything I like…my husband will have nothing to buy for me. Every time I see the words “Limited Edition” I keep thinking they’ll be gone by the time December hits!
