These are the BEST drugstore sheet masks I have used! I was hesitant to review the St. Ives Sheet Masks as they were not available in Canada, but now that I see that the Shoppers Beauty Boutique online is carrying them I feel it is time to share the love! While I was in Maine last Fall, I headed on over to CVS to pick up every sheet mask known to man that we did not carry in Canada which included the Glowing Apricot Sheet Mask and the Soothing Oatmeal Sheet Mask. I hadn't used a St. Ives skincare product since my Apricot Scrub teen years and really did not know what to expect when it came to these sheet masks. All I knew was that nothing could be worse than the Yes To ones!

The St. Ives sheet masks are made with 100% cotton fibers with ingredients inspired by their bestselling scents and products. The Glowing Apricot Sheet Mask contains 100% natural apricot fruit extract and aims to soften and smooth skin.

The Soothing Oatmeal Sheet Mask is all about calming and hydrating the skin and what was nice about both masks was that though there was added fragrance, it was the last ingredient. I have seen some masks where fragrance is fairly high on the list which I understand, but at the same time I would prefer not to have too much of in my skincare.
Ingredients: Water (Aqua), Methylpropanediol, Agave Americana Stem Extract, Hydroxyacetophenone, Xanthan gum, Allantoin, Caffeine, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Caprylyl Glycol, Glycerin, Ethylhexylglycerin, Disodium EDTA, Avena Sativa (oat) Kernel Extract, Hydroxyphenyl Propamidobenzoic Acid, Ascorbyl Palmitate, Hyaluronic Acid, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Polysaccharides, Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid, Sodium Hyaluronate, Fragrance (parfum)
While the featured ingredients for both masks were close to or at the end of the list, what REALLY impressed me about the masks was the fit and the mask sheet itself! It fit so well that even though all these other big North American companies say their masks are made in Korea, this is the first drugstore masks that I dare say may even fit BETTER than some of the KBeauty brands I have tried!
Mask Summary:
Scent: Apricot smelled better than Oatmeal
Duration: 10 min (I left it for 15 min)
Thickness: Thin, soft and spongy
Mask Fit: VERY GOOD
Tackiness: High! sticky throughout the night and got stuck to pillow
Hydration: Very good
Final verdict: The only real negative was that these were so hydrating that they left a very tacky finish to my skin so make sure you leave yourself plenty of time before you go to bed when using these masks! The fit and feel were so nice though that I am definitely going to load up on more the next time there is a points event because I see there is a new Revitalizing Acai Sheet Mask! Both masks were hydrating and gave my skin a fresh glow, but because I prefer the scent of the Apricot one more my vote will be for this one!
