Some of you may know that this month's theme is a little different as the ladies and I randomly drawing from a set list of themes we put together so all three of us should have different combinations although Renee and I ended up drawing the same combination last week! I got the theme "Matte Pink" which is actually quite broad and I know I could have tried a little bit harder here, but I REALLY wanted to use this new Bio Sculpture Gemini Nail Polish because this is one of my favourite shades to wear any day of the year!

This is the shade "Berry Medley"* and it is pretty much a one-coater. For the two middle nails, I used the metallic pink shade "Foil Me Once" by Color Club from the Foiled 2011 Collection to add a bit of contrast. I used a matte top coat to mattify it all and there you have my simple and straightforward manicure for today! Today is my Sunday so I will now be off to bake and meal-prep for the week as I now work 5 days in a row (this never used to happen) and I am often too tired to do any significant food prep during the week. I don't know how you folks who have always worked M-F do it, but I've only been doing it for 3 weeks and I never have the energy!
