I hope everyone is having a great weekend! It's shaping up to be a nice, sunny day today so I am looking forward to having a nice long walk with my husband today. Something we try to do every Sunday though I know that when it's raining or I have had a particularly tiring week, I tend to be very grumpy when we do them. I am counting on being a better mood tomorrow as the last few days have been socially draining, but in a positive way. I am just an introvert who needs to recharge so I am hoping to feel ready to go on Monday!

 

What makes this mask special? This is a two-step mask containing the infamous Cica Reedle Shot 300 complex with amino acids and niacinamde as the first step, which quite honestly as prickly enough for me, and a second ultra soothing step using a vegan conditioning mask containing cica, hyaluronic acid, squalane and ceramides. Both of these steps are meant to refine skin texture and improve overall complexion.

Mask Summary:

What it does: Improve skin texture and leave skin refined, hydrated and comfortably conditioned

Scent: None

Essence Type: Slightly milky with a "natto-like" texture meaning that it's sort of gooey 

Duration: 30 minutes

Thickness: Thin

Mask Fit: Very nice!

Tackiness: Light, but it lasted all night until morning and I was stuck to my pillowcase.

Hydration: Good as I did not feel like I wanted to add more moisturizer, but maybe I would have been less tacky all night.

Other notes: Can't really massage the essence in after removing masks because it still kind of prickles!

Final verdict: Hmmm, I don't know if I would rather just use my regular bottle of Reedle Shot and then a less hydrating mask. I have one more of this mask at the 700 level so I will see how I feel then, but for now I feel like I would rather separate the two steps so I can choose whichever sheet mask I'd like.
