BEAUTY BOX | March 2015 Glossybox Unboxing and Review

Glossybox Canada broke my heart 2 years ago by leaving me, but at least they didn’t do what Glymm did and take my money as well. Recently, Glossybox USA opened up their hearts to us Canadians so that for those of us who were left high and dry or never even got the chance to try the service, we now have a chance!

To keep this brief, this is a subscription beauty box service with three different plans: a monthly package ($21/month), a 6-month package ($126), and a 12 month package ($220). Canadians also pay an additional $5 shipping fee which in combination with the terrible exchange rate makes this beauty box potentially less value than it could be, but regardless the contents and presentation of my Glossybox* made me forget about it temporarily!

Beauty Box 5 | May 2013

Maybe I just have too many beauty boxes to blog about, but I just cannot stay on top of these posts! So, May’s BB5 had one standout product for me and the rest were somewhat uninteresting…I know I’ve built up the suspense now so read on to see what I received!

April 2013 Beauty Box 5

April’s BB5 wasn’t one the most exciting ones, but despite the lack of excitement still remains one of my favourite beauty boxes to receive. BB5 never ceases to surprise me in the the variety and types of items in each box and April’s box was no exception!

March 2013 “Metropolitan Chic” Glossybox

The theme for March was to celebrate the arrival of spring and and being armed with the right tools to prepare our beautiful selves for the warmer months to come. Out of the five products I received, I would say that maybe only two of them are what I would consider products I would use for warmer weather. Let’s have a closer look!

January 2013 Beauty Box 5

January’s BB5 contained a surprise favourite that differed from box to box so I was quite excited to find out what I would receive. There were some great products in this month’s box so BB5 continues to impress!

November 2012 Beauty Box 5

Does anyone else feel like Christmas is coming quite quickly now?! I’ve been working a lot the last few weeks and the next day I truly have off is Christmas so I am looking forward to it! November’s BB5 was one that I enjoyed mainly because there was something for my lips, eyes, face and hair.

October 2012 Glossybox

The fact that I am only posting about the October Glossybox must be some indication of how un-interested I was in it and if it weren’t for one product, I would have been very disappointed. October’s Glossybox was breast cancer awareness themed and had some markedly pink items. This is the last Glossybox at the old price of $15/month, so maybe we’ll see some marked improvement in November’s Glossybox?
