Honestly, I could have sworn this was an April Box, but it just goes to show how scatterbrained things have been for the last few months! I have just cancelled by Wantable subscription so I am now down to four consistent beauty subscriptions. I remember when it was something like 8…crazy times. Anyway March’s Vegan Cuts Beauty Box held a nail polish brand that I have always wanted to try and in a colour I really like, but let’s have a look at everything else too shall we?
LVX | Nail Lacquer in Orchid
Of course, this is in the colour of the year and is 5-free. I have been dying to try this brand ever since seeing my lovely friend Christa from ChrissyAi swatch these gorgeous polishes time and time again. The formula looks great and is in a colour that I would totally wear.
Pure Natural Diva Botanicals | Organic Sugar Scrub
I am always a sucker for body scrubs. This sugar scrub smells faintly like brown sugar and seems quite pleasant to use.
Acure | Shampoo and Conditioner
I cannot get over that there is rooibos in both of these! The other interesting thing about these is that the first ingredient is NOT “Aqua”. It’s “Organic Acai Berry”. How cool is that? I have NEVER seen that before in a shampoo and conditioner!
Antipodes | Day Cream and Cleanser
I have heard quite a bit about this brand, but have never tried anything from them. People say Antipodes is good stuff, but I don’t know if these two items would have been the first thing I’d try from them.
Eden Allure | Pure Argan Oil
Moroccanoil has definitely made me THINK that argan oil should smell sweet, but in reality not so much. This is a 2mL sample of pure argan oil and it’s actually unscented. It’s very thick and is an all-purpose oil that can be used on the skin, face and hair. I have so many samples like this that I think I’m going to have to start using it on my legs just to get through them all!
I am most excited to use that LVX nail polish and the Acure shampoo and conditioner!
