Gf purchased by me and Ye is a press sample
Is it just me, or has April felt like the longest month ever? I feel like I have been living it through multiple seasonal changes! Maybe it's because I was going through much mental strife at the start of the month that had me feeling like the days were longer than they should have been. I haven't been crazy busy at work, but busy enough that I am never idling my way through the day. I haven't been on top of my sheet mask game either and I am not sure why. I am usually not opposed to sheet masking late at night, but in the last few weeks, I've just felt too tired to take out the additional 20 minutes to sheet mask. This past week, I've felt a fraction more motivated and reached into my "to review" pile of masks and pulled out these two iconic ones from Korean brand "It's Skin"!
What makes this mask special? I'm not too clear on what the letter "Gf" mean, but I think it means that this essence features Ginkgo biloba leaf water and Tremella fuciformis which is mushroom extract so G for "Ginkgo" and F for "fuciformis"? That latter letter is the one I am not sure of. This mask also contains calming ingredients cica, chamomile and allantoin and is also all in the top half of the ingredients list which does not surprise me since It's Skin is such an iconic Korean skincare brand!
As you can see, the fit of this mask is perrrrrfect! It sits so smoothly across the face and had a perfectly thick moustache piece. Everything I look for in a sheet mask!

What makes this mask special? Yeast! This mask has yeast extract which acts as an antioxidant and probiotic to promote a healthy microbiome for the skin!
This mask surprised me as I was not expecting the mask to be creamy! Mask fit was also awesome and there was a lot of essence despite this mask being a few years old.

Final verdict: Both masks were fantastic and though I am not sure if these Power 10 sheet masks are still easily available (I see them on Amazon US), but these two masks were fantastic and I only wish I had tried all of them as there are a lot more! It's Skin now focuses more on serums with the same Power 10 names which I have not tried before, but if they are anything like the essences in these masks, I'm sure I would enjoy them. Packaging and results of these sheet masks were great and I thoroughly enjoyed them!
Happy Sunday and have a wonderful week!
