Village 11 Factory Daily Fresh Up Tea Tree Mask Review
Press sample

I must have been really tired on Sunday because this post was pretty much ready to go, but I feel like the day just went by really quickly and then suddenly it was 4pm, dark outside and I wanted a nap! Today is my day off, but I am actually leaving my cave and going to a Pixi Beauty event later on just to prove to myself that I can be social and because Pixi has some fun looking new releases I want to see!

Village 11 Factory Daily Fresh Up Tea Tree Mask Review

I received this Village 11 Factory sheet mask from the now defunct Beauteque as part of their sheet mask subscription box and the first thing that got me was the fun packaging! Like who is this man who looks like Orville Redenbacher? I still don't know really...

What makes this mask special? This has 250ppm of tea tree extract which is 0.025% so quite low to really DO anything, but it's there. There is also cica and other calming plant extracts all in the lower half of the ingredients list so I think this is one of those sheet masks that will hydrate like all the others, but the actual plant extract benefits aren't really that great.

Mask Summary:

Price: I think it was about $3 USD at the time

What it does: Regulates sebum production, soothes, protects and heals

Scent: Kind of cottony, not tea tree at all!

Essence Type: Clear and very lightly viscous

Duration: 30 minutes

Thickness: Thin

Mask Fit: Pretty nice! Maybe a little bit of lifting in certain areas, but the sheet material was comfortable, soft and pleasant to wear.

Tackiness: Light

Hydration: Fairly good, but I added on a Kiehl's night mask to seal everything in since it has been so dry lately.

Other notes: N/A

Final verdict: I liked it! Yes, it was a little sad that the ingredients weren't a bit more impactful, but that's also part of the reason I like to layer a separate serum that "does the job" instead of relying solely on the sheet mask for "serum nutrients"! It has been very dry lately so extra moisture is always welcome! The mask was comfortable to wear and I would use it again if this brand still made masks! I promise that eventually I will catch up and the sheet masks I post about will be current!

Happy Wednesday to all!
