I swear I bring this nail polish out every summer because it truly is a perfect neon to wear when the sun is out and the temperature is well into the mid-20s! It has also been about a month since I have even painted my nails so it felt like a good way to start the month!

Every year, Cirque releases a Vice Collection for summer filled with opaquely stunning neons. I received my collection way back in 2017 (here) and STILL use them almost ten years later! The collection changes a little bit from year to year, but while I have wanted to add more neons whenever I go and look at the shade options, they seem pretty similar to Vice 2017 so I always end up passing. I feel like this brand has the best neons (Cirque and Biosculpture) that do not need a white polish underneath so I always come back to these ones when I need a good neon! I kept it pretty simple with just adding in some Hawaiian style water nail decals on top and then sealed everything in with top coat! Love how it turned out and I oddly feel like I have done this manicure before!

It is OFFICIALLY August! How did this happen??
