“Free” Sinnage at the Shoppers Mega Redemption Event!

A lot of us waited all of November for mega redemption day at Shoppers Drug Mart on December 1st and 2nd and I even made a girls day out of it because a friend and I both had very specific things to get on our wish lists! I’ve really enjoyed reading what some of your girls ended up getting so I hope you enjoy my redemption post as much I have enjoyed all of yours!

Origins Gloomaway Grapefruit Body Buffing Cleanser

As much bath stuff as I have, I had to get this because it smells wonderful and the granules felt so nice on my hand that I was sold. At the rate I go through scrubs, this will take about a month to use up so I will enjoy every moment!

Origins Clear Improvement Active Charcoal Mask

This product sounded intriguing because it is supposed to “pull out all the crap stuck in your skin”. I cannot wait to use it and hopefully see some results! I also like getting masks that scare my fiancé ;-)

DKNY Mini Fragrance Trio

I have my girl Tina at the Beauty Boutique to thank for this one who was just throwing product into our baskets as we shopped! These are 7mL bottles of vanilla, verbena and rose and can be worn alone or layered. I thought the bottles were delightful and the scents very wearable.

Essie Nail Lacquer Duo in Merino Cool and Pure Pearlfection

There three other box sets which I did pick up for Christmas gifts, but this was the only set with colours I didn’t already have! This gift set includes two FULL SIZE polishes and a glass nail file and was on sale for $14.99. A single Essie polish is usually around $10, so I thought this was a great deal!

Limited Edition Maybelline Color Show Sequins in Cocktail Dress

This polish looked so cool in the bottle that I had to have it! From swatches it looks pretty gritty, but oh so sexy with glitter!

Smashbox Blush Rush in Flush

I had this blush used on me during a Smashbox makeover event and I really loved the light shimmer and natural flush it gave me. My co-workers even commented and asked me what blush I was wearing. I think this is a beautiful everyday shade and I am already getting quite a bit of wear out of it.

Soap & Glory Small Wonders Gift Set

My friend and I have been dying to try Soap & Glory products and couldn’t decide what to try first when we saw two of these box sets sitting high atop a shelf for only $20! We knew they had to be ours as they were the perfect opportunity to try the best of the Soap & Glory line at a great price!

Shiseido Facial Cotton

I had to get these because I needed another $5 to hit my redemption limit and I have heard way too many good things about these magical facial cottons. I’ve seen Michelle Phan make homemade sheet masks out of these because you can separate each cotton into layers. I don’t think I’d buy these all the time, but redemption time is about spoiling yourself right?

And of course, no one leaves Shoppers Redemption Day without samples! So…who’s up for 20x the points next week ;-) It just never ends. I’m so glad that I have all of you to understand my sickness!

  1. Shoppers is one of my favourite stores; my bf ALWAYS makes fun of me for that because I suppose it seems a little weird to love a "drugstore" so much. But seriously, their Beauty Boutique is SO GOOD. And the points!! How I adore Shoppers Optimum Points! Great haul, Jayne.

    1. If it weren't for their Beauty Boutique, I would never go to Shoppers because I don't find them all that cheap when compared to say LD.
