NAILS | In My House, It Will Always Be the Year of the Cat

I know I have tons of blue glittery polishes, but this was a December release from Picture Polish and it's called Kitty. I mean, come on I HAD to get it! This is a blogger collaboration with Metka from Lacquered Bits and it is a blue sparkly holo with multi-coloured glitter mixed in. I can't even describe it well because I just get so lost in it!

For this manicure, the accompanying nail art was obvious - cats! I brought out my second set of Simply Nailogical nail vinyls which were a bit more of a challenge to use than my last set  because the cyclones were a bit bigger and had more...errr cyclones to peel off.

I started off with two coats of Kitty and once my nails were fully dry, applied the nail vinyls firmly on top. I applied one thick coat of OPI The I's Have It* and peeled off the vinyl which is EXTRA fun when it's a cyclone! *Around and around it goes...*

I still had some areas where polish seeped underneath, but I cleaned it up by adding more of Kitty and it ended up looking not bad at all! I figured as long as you can see the cat head, it's all good! I added top coat and I was good to go!
