I am almost done the last of my Christmas shopping which has been almost exclusively online save for a few bottles of wine that I would rather not ship. I have asked for digital gift cards this year as I don't want to overload the postal system even more and I LOVE online shopping so having gift cards to play with is a blast for me! My in-laws and I have a shared Google Doc that we have been updating with our wishlist and marking off like a baby/wedding registry as gifts get purchased and as today was my day off, I spent most of the afternoon ticking things off so I'm sure my VISA must be burning from use! Whether you are looking for stocking stuffers or gifts for the beauty lovers in your life, the Sephora Collection always has you covered with a themed collection of brushes, skincare and makeup! When it comes to quality, Sephora has always been one of my favourite "house brands" with products like their #Lipstories Lipsticks and sheet masks and there is no shortage of any of these items in this year's collection!

The Enchanted Jungle 8 Masks Set
This is a GREAT assortment of eight Sephora sheet masks with masks for the face, hair, hands, eyes and nose. If you haven't tried the Sephora masks, but have always wanted to, THIS is a fantastic option or if you love them all and want them at a value price this is a great self-pamper set. The packaging is of course, super sexy!
Wild Wishes Advent Calendar
I am sort of over advent calendars (other than the chocolate ones) especially in the beauty world as they are always so overpriced for what you get. Though the packaging is so cute, the contents of this year's calendar is similar to last year's in that I like about 25% of it and the rest I can live without. This calendar is 24 days of beauty products with some things being worth more than others (like a plastic mirror vs. a lipstick). For $60, I really don't think this is worth it, but if it's on sale sure!
Wild Wishes Skincare Surprise Set
Done in the style of an ornament, this little 4 piece skincare kit is pretty cute and at least contains all full sized products and for just $14. I would use everything inside from the face masks to the lip scrub!
Holiday Kisses #Lipstories Lipstick Ornament
I adore these lipsticks with regards to the formula, packaging, variety of shades and price! These first came out at the very end of 2017 and I fell for them HARD! I remember going to Sephora on Jan.1st and picking up three shades because they were only $10 each and even reviewed them the next day! This duo lipstick ornament contains two full sized lipsticks and is even on sale right now on the Sephora website for just $9 so get one now!
Wild Days 8 Eyeshadow and 3 Face Powder Palette
Personally, the eyeshadow shades are not too interesting to me, but this is an assortment of copper, bronze and pink shades in both matte and shimmery finishes and they are quite pigmented. A little bit of fallout from the shimmery shades, but they are decent. There is also a blush, bronzer and highlighter that are actually quite shimmery, but don't show up as that in the photo. These three products were my favourite part of the whole palette.
This palette was way more my style as the eyeshadow shades are mostly neutral and the shimmery shades are exactly what I would gravitate to. I also find the layout of the shadows esthetically pleasing.
I am really not picky when it comes to brushes and all I really look for is something soft and deposits pigment evenly. Oh, and blending that's good too! On a daily basis, I use a combination of Morphe, Sephora and Real Techniques brushes which all work perfectly well so these sets from Sephora are just fun. I really just like the glittery brush handles! All the bristles are synthetic and vegan and quite soft so there are no complaints from me!
It's really getting down to the wire now and I am working this weekend so will it be busy? I am curious because lately it does seem like people are out and about despite the COVID restrictions, but then again BC is a bit more relaxed than other provinces right now so here's to staying sane in the retail world this week and I hope everyone has a great weekend!
