NAILS | French Mani Pansies #CBBxManiMonday

Again, I really DID have my nails done on Monday, but I just didn't get a chance to edit the photos and write the post. I think the old me would have really pushed for staying up as late as possible to post #CBBxManiMonday for Monday, but I have found that even if I stay up and get it done, I feel awful the next morning and it just takes the fun out of blogging so if I've learned anything the last year, it's that if something doesn't feel fun anymore, you probably shouldn't do it. If you are tired, go rest and if you feel the need to vacuum and clean, then listen to your body and go do that!

We are doing a Spring theme for the rest of April which to me always means flowers. What's great about a theme like this is that there is a plethora of flower designs that I have always wanted to try so there will be no shortage of ideas this month! I came across this cute pansy design I *think* on Instagram (if someone knows, I will link the artist) and loved how it was a fun way to do a French manicure. It also made me think of Alice in Wonderland which was one of the first VHS tapes my parents bought when we first came to Canada as immigrants. I watched that movie SO MANY TIMES and now when I look back it just looks like Alice got really high on something, but still very fun to watch!
