Last week I shared my love of false lashes with the “well-worth the price” Femme Fatale lashes in Femme Fatales (review). This time I went a little more wild and decided to push my personal colour envelope by doing a mermaid-inspired makeup look to compliment these bejewelled mink falsies!
This is the eyelash style Girl’s Best Friend*($49.99) which are adorned with Swarovski crystals. Sigh, these truly are the ultimate bling.
Look at those jewels! The ONLY thing that made me sad with these lashes was that they were both too long for my eye shape, but I couldn’t really trim them too much or else I would lose crystals! I also discovered that my right eye is shorter than my left…meaning that I had to adhere the lashes to my actual skin.

Final Verdict: I still love these lashes, but if you have smaller Asian eyes like myself you will probably have to do what I did and stick them right on to your skin. If you don’t see yourself getting too upset losing a few crystals that trim away, but the crystal placement at the ends had a pattern that I didn’t want to mess with. Other than that, there are superb quality with eyelash tips that are incredibly bouncy and defined!
