MAKEUP | Lise Watier Aurora Collection Blush Fondant Supreme in Naturel Review & Swatches

As Lise Watier is our CBB featured brand of the month this will be my last post professing my undying love for the Aurora Collection. Along with falling in love with the Rouge Fondant Supreme in Stella (review), I was unexpectedly taken aback by how much I enjoyed the colour and formula of Blush Fondant Supreme in Naturel*($30.00 CDN) and its adjustable matte cream to powder texture. It also contains Lise Watier’s coveted Labrador Tea Extract and feels just so amazingly weightless on the skin.

To match the matte finish of the blush, the glass jar is frosted.

“Naturel” is the PERFECT name for this cream blush and was one of the easiest blushes to apply with just my fingertips.

Final Verdict: Some cream blushes are challenging for me to apply with my fingers because they have that almost “wet” formula that makes it hard to blend. A wonderful plus with this cream to powder formulation is that it also applies beautifully on top of powder without looking gunky. It’s magical makeup technology!

What I loved most about the Blush Fondant formula was that even with just fine tapping and small circular motions along my cheekbone, I was able to create an even distribution of colour across my cheeks and cheekbones. Just like a REAL brush! I’m very impressed and for someone like myself who only just started wearing cream blushes about 8 months ago, this is one that is great for experts and newbies alike.

Cream blush. Friend or foe?
