Hi Everyone!
So, I thought I’d share my first attempt at a half moon manicure which unfortunately didn’t turn out quite like I had hoped, but that’s ok. I think I know what to do for next time. To create my half moons, I used some white circular stickers, but they weren’t sticky enough to curve with my nail and stick firmly done so my half moons aren’t very crisp. You can see this is quite evident on my middle finger. I thought I could distract from my mistake with some glitter stripes. Hopefully it worked…anyway, nail art is about learning too and I thought I’d share my first attempt with you all!

ReplyDeleteThank you! Omigoodness they were much harder than I thought they would be! I thought it would be so easy to get the spacing and alignment right, but I almost wish I could find CLEAR circle stickers so I could see how much nail I'm actually covering up!

ReplyDeleteI think these look great! If you hadn't pointed out the middle finger I wouldn't have even noticed! A great mix of kinda of edgy and girly.. as always your nails are a piece of art :)
