I think we have all seen 7th Heaven (formerly Montagne Jeunesse) masks at the drugstore and for the last 30 years, this company has brought us cruelty-free and vegetarian masks that peel and bubble. Now, that I have been blogging for almost a decade, I like to look back at past posts to see how often I have featured brands that have been around and when it comes to 7th Heaven, it turns out I have had nothing but positive things to say about them since 2012! No, not all of their masks have necessarily worked for me, but have you seen how MANY masks they have? I mean, my God, if one doesn't work there are three others that will!
Two masks are PR samples
While we are all mostly familiar with 7th Heaven's sachet peel-off and mud masks that come in scents and colours good enough to eat, but with the sheet mask craze more masks have been added that need to be shared starting with the mask that will ultimately make you laugh - the Charcoal Detox Bubble Mask!
Charcoal Detox Bubble Mask*
Mask Summary:
Price: $4.99 CDN
Scent: Herbal
Essence Type: Bubbles!
Duration: 5-10 min
Thickness: Thin and pliable like the MaskerAide Bubble Mask
Mask Fit: Good!
Tackiness: N/A as this is a rinse-off mask!
Hydration: N/A, but not overly drying and my skin was very bright, smooth and clear upon removal!
Other notes: Lots of bubbles and the mask was easy to apply in terms of unfolding it and fitting it to my face. Like all bubble masks, just make sure to "activate the bubbles" by gently massaging the package before opening!
Coconut and Clay Peel Off Mask
Mask Summary:
Price: $1.99 CDN
Scent: Coconut
Essence Type: Peel off and a bit stretchy
Duration: 30 minutes
Thickness: It was very goopy to apply so work quickly! Best to work over a sink!
Mask Fit: N/A
Tackiness: N/A as this is a rinse-off mask!
Hydration: A hint dry around eye area for me, but OMG skin was so soft!
Other notes: The best part was that I felt like I got all of the detoxifying benefits of a clay mask but without the mess of cleaning up! Brilliant!
Charcoal Tonic Mask*

Mask Fit: Good! Material was fairly stretchy
Tackiness: N/A as this is a rinse-off mask!
