NAILS | Inspired by a Leaf #CBBxManiMonday

I know, I know. This is practically the opposite of vampy Fall shades, but I saw this manicure from LoveVarnish.com inspired by the shades of Fall and had to try it for myself! I hadn't done taping in awhile and I loved the texture the taping added to the glitter gradient. I didn't have the exact colours, so I think this came out "happier" than intended, but I am still very happy with it!

This manicure actually had me using some polishes that I had not touched or OPENED in well over 5 years! I always wonder how something like this can happen, but because nail polish isn't used as frequently as face makeup, a year can easily go by without using certain shades. To make this manicure happen, I first applied my red base colour, let it dry fully and then applied striping tape in criss-cross patterns. I then sponged the gradient on top of the tape and removed it right away.
