Lise Watier | Spring Imagine 2014 Collection with Makeup Look!

Nothing signals the coming of Spring more than a new makeup collection from Lise Watier! Now, I know the Summer collection is already out, but it IS still Spring which means I can still share with you some of the wonderful products from the Imagine collection!

The Imagine Eyeshadow Quartet ($36.00) contains all the colours you will need to create a beautiful sunset gradient across your lids. I found the shadows easier to work with using my fingers and patting the colour on my eyelids instead of using a brush as I found the colour payoff to be much better. Although all of the shades do work together, I found the shimmery blue to be my favourite.

The Imagine Blush ($32.00) is a fun one to just LOOK at. Almost every blush that I have seen from Lise Watier has been a work of art and this mosaic of pinks is no different. I hardly wanted to rub my brush over it for fear of ruining the design, but I knew I had to make the sacrifice and just give this compact a swirl! This blush is more pigmented than I had imagined so for subsequent uses, I knew to swirl with a much lighter hand than I did the first time! All of the pinks work together to create a very natural looking flush.

The Rouge Plumpissimo Lipstick in Rose Papaye ($22.00) is incredibly pigmented, but is not the creamiest lipstick that I have tried from Lise Watier. I am definitely a much bigger fan of the Rouge Fondant Supreme. Now, THAT’S a creamy lipstick! Rose Papaye had a slight frost to it and clung to my lips for hours.

And of course, putting it all together! For some extra drama, I gave myself a bit of a cat eye using Lise Watier’s Feline Eyeliner HD which is pretty amazing. It has a long and thin felt tip that makes drawing a cat eye ALMOST foolproof. I don’t have the steadiest hands when it comes to my eyes and I think one eye took me almost 7 minutes! I also covered up and brightened my undereye area using the new Lise Watier Age Control Supreme Filler Concealer in Naturel.

My favourite product from the Imagine collection would have to be the Eyeshadow Quartet! I just love the colour combinations that can be easily be carried into Summer or even Fall. This would not have been a quartet of colours I would have expected from a Spring collection and I am grateful for the surprise! With primer, the shadows lasted a whole day on my lids and as many of you saw from my IG picture, I was having quite the bit of fun having a more dramatic eye look than my usual neutral eye!
