When it comes to Korean skincare brand staples, SNP (Shining Nature Purity) is one that you will often see as they have both been around for over 20 years and have A TON of sheet masks and skincare products that have leaned towards the more science and technology side. I think in the North American market, they are most well known for their Bird's Nest Aqua Ampoule and Gold Collagen Ampoule Masks and rightly so because they are by far some of the best masks I have used! Awhile ago I received some newer masks from SNP to try, among them the 36.5 Active Seal Masks!
Why the 36.5? Well, our optimal body temperature is 36.5°C so when the sheet mask is applied to the skin, the idea is that the ingredients become active and start to do their thing as they warm up to...36.5°C! The second thing feature of these masks is their highly adhesive "seal" to the skin. The masks come in two parts and are coated in a textured almost pulverized jelly-like substances which acts like a grip on the skin. The mask itself almost quivers with how rubbery it feels!
The Hyalon Moist mask is an easy one to like because of its relaxing lavender scent and moisturizing blend of hyaluronic acid, aloe vera, brown algae and iris extract.

Pepta Firming*
This mask contains 6 different peptides (you rarely see peptides in sheet mask formualtions) in addition to soothing plant extracts like rosemary and chamomile. This is the what I would consider the most "anti-aging" mask out of the trio, but I really after two uses I really just found it intensely hydrating with a little bit more of a tacky dry down.

Mela Bright*
This was my favourite mask as I truly saw a difference in my skin upon removal! This essence contained the brightening ingredient glutathione as well as vitamin C!

Final verdict: These were very unique masks and it's a shame that they aren't easier to find. Thankfully there are still a number of SNP mask options that yield some amazing results, but these active seal masks felt really luxe to use both in terms of texture and ingredients.
